Recently, I've been invited by the luxurious Beau-Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel to enjoy a couple of days at their Suite Esplanade. Isn't this so chic guys ;) ? The Suite has been restored not long ago and it's the biggest of the whole hotel. It was such a privilege to stay there. Nothing is better than a powerful breakfast to start the day and the Beau-Rivage Hotel knows it well. Their own honey they produce at the roof of the hotel is so tasting. I loved adding to my croissants.
THE ENTRANCE AND LOBBY
The Hotel is located by the lake of Neuchâtel and from the outside we can see the pretty architecture. In the lobby, luxurious swiss watches showcased are pure beauty. You guys might know that Neuchâtel is the Switzerland watchmaking capital so it's the perfect place to try out one of their packages as "Make Your Own Luxury Watch" if you're a watch lover. This special package provides you the possibility to design and personalize your mechanical watch. If you're not a watch lover, don't worry as the hotel has many ideas to make your stay an original and unique experience !
THE SUITE ESPLANADE
The Suite Esplanade is the biggest of the Hotel (107 m2) and provides a gorgeous view from its terrace on the lake of Neuchâtel, the alps and the Esplanade du Mont-Blanc. I really had the "home away home" feeling and that's what I am always looking for when I am far from home. Actually, I live in Neuchâtel so I wasn't that far from home but I can only recommend the Beau-Rivage Hotel to you guys if you're looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay in Switzerland and specially in Neuchâtel.
LE BUREAU DU CHEF
Amongst the many options for dinning at the Beau-Rivage Hotel, I chose "Le Bureau du Chef (The Chief's Office)". It was amazing to savour a delightful gourmet meal by the chef Eric Mazéas while watching the cooks on the background. It's a exclusive experience that's really worth to be lived ! I promise you guys, you won't never be disappointed with their 15 points Gault Millau cuisine.
